What we collect
Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, email and message. We do not use tracking cookies. Our analytics, provided by Framer, use no cookies and no persistent identifiers.
Why
To reply to your request and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who receives it
Only the WATAJIS team members who handle your request, and our technical providers: Framer (hosting and contact form) and Google (email). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Transfers outside the EU
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Three years after our last exchange, unless a contract requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello [at] watajis [dot] com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (Malta), idpc.org.mt, or with the authority in your country of residence.
